With a total of three bedrooms, our villa offers accommodation for six guests with its modern design and en-suite bathrooms in each room. The spacious terrace features a jacuzzi with independent access and a private sunbathing area. You can soak up the sun all day or cool off in the villa’s private pool, taking in the stunning nature and sea views.

The villa’s scenic garden features a pool, sun loungers, a seating area, a table tennis table, a barbecue, and a table where you can enjoy meals with loved ones. You can also experience unforgettable moments by enjoying the jacuzzi on the terrace while watching the sunset.

Villa Samira 1 combines modern comfort with natural beauty, promising you a peaceful and enjoyable holiday.

Note: For stays under 5 nights, a short stay fee of 7.500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Samira 1 is 10.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
