Frequently Asked Questions About Villa Rentals

HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Select your check-in and check-out dates on the villa’s page calendar and click “BOOK NOW”.
Once your request is received, our team checks availability and sends you a payment link (credit card or bank transfer).
After payment is received, your booking confirmation will be sent via SMS and email.

HOW MUCH DO I PAY TO CONFIRM MY BOOKING?

An advance payment of 15%–35% of the total amount is required depending on the villa.
The remaining balance is paid upon check-in.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN A VILLA?

Each villa’s capacity is stated on its detail page.
Additionally, one child or baby aged 0–6 can stay free of charge.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning service are included in the price.
Extra cleaning can be provided for an additional fee.

DO YOU OFFER A MEAL SERVICE?

No, there is no meal service in the villas.
Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals or order from nearby restaurants.
All villas have a barbecue area.

HOW FAR ARE THE VILLAS FROM THE SEA?

Distances to the sea, markets, and town centers are specified on each villa’s detail page.

HOW CAN I TRUST YOU?

We are a local and licensed villa rental agency based in Kalkan.
Registered with the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB License No. 13010) and Kumluca Chamber of Commerce (Member No. 2226).
We rent only villas we have personally inspected.
