🗓️ 1. Choosing a Villa or Apartment and Using the Calendar

First, go to the page of the villa or apartment you’d like to stay in.
On this page, you’ll see the villa’s details, features, and availability calendar.

📅 Using the Calendar:

Select your check-in and check-out dates on the calendar.

Make sure the dates you choose don’t leave a gap of 3, 4, or 7 days between other reservations.

You can select date ranges that allow for same-day check-in and check-out.

💡 When the first date is selected, the system automatically displays the price for 3 nights.

You can view the total prices for different date ranges by re-selecting the dates from the calendar below the price section.

💳 2. Viewing the Price and Prepayment Amount

After completing the date selection, the system will display:

The total accommodation price

And the required prepayment amount (20% - 35%).

This prepayment ensures that the villa you choose is reserved for you.

📝 3. Filling Out the Reservation Form

When you click the "Complete Reservation" button, the villa reservation form will open.

The information requested in this form is as follows:

Name - Surname

Phone number

Email address

Check-in and check-out dates

Number of people

Special requests (baby cot, transfer, additional services, etc.)

After completing the form completely, click the "Send" button. With this process, your pre-booking request will automatically reach our sales team.

After we receive your reservation request, our sales team will contact you shortly.

Our team will review your request, confirm the villa’s availability, and provide you with the necessary payment documents (account information, payment description, amount, etc.) to confirm your pre-booking.

💰 5. Pre-Payment and Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation will be officially confirmed once you pay the pre-payment amount (20–35% of the total price) based on the information provided.

🔐 Payments can be made using the 3D Secure security system.

You can also choose bank transfer or EFT.

📩 6. Confirmation and Information Process

After your payment, the system will:

Reservation confirmation document

Details and location information about the villa will be sent to you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

This confirmation document is your official accommodation record, valid for the duration of your holiday.

🔑 7. Check-in and Welcoming Process

When you arrive on your holiday, our authorized staff will greet you at the villas under Kalkan Villa’s control.

In many other villas, we will contact the owner or staff and meet you at the villa.

🏡 Villa check-in time is generally 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
All details are also included in your confirmation document.
