For stays shorter than 7 nights, a short-stay fee of 5,000 TL is charged.

The last 2 kilometers of the road leading to the villa are covered with stabilized dirt ground.

Security Deposit Procedure

The required security deposit for Villa Kınalı Ada is 10,000 TL.
This amount is collected before check-in and refunded upon departure.

For the refund of the deposit, there must be no damage, breakage, or loss of items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, the cost of any damage or missing items will be deducted from the deposit.

The deposit can be paid in USD, GBP, or EUR according to the current exchange rate on the day of payment.

Check-in / Check-out Information

In all our villas, check-in time is 16:00 (4:00 PM) and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

It is important to vacate the villa on time so that our professional cleaning team can carefully prepare it for the next guests. Villas are delivered ready for new guests at 16:00.
