Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a 7,000 TL short-stay fee is required.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Kalkan 3 is 10,000 TL. This fee is collected before your check-in and will be refunded upon departure. The deposit refund policy requires that there be no damage, breakage, or loss of any belongings in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obligated to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or lost items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM for each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so our dedicated cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for the next guests. Villas are delivered ready for new arrivals at 4:00 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or rent a car can contact our sales consultants for assistance. For guests traveling by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants can provide location information and directions for guests traveling by private vehicle.
