Villa Beril

Villa Beril is located in Kalkan, Islamlar Village. You can enjoy your holiday in our rental villa with a unique view in the lush green nature, where our one-bedroom villa has a capacity of 2 people, especially planned for honeymoon couples and can be quite comfortable for conservative families due to its sheltered pool terrace. Considering the winter months, our villa with an indoor heated pool is offered to you.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen on the pool floor, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in four-stove, toaster, toaster, electric kettle (kettle), dinner set, pan, pans, fork, knife There are spoon sets.

Living room: Modern sitting group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, iron, ironing board, toilet. It is located on the pool floor and has a direct exit to the edge of the pool.

Pool Dimensions: 12.5 m X 4.5 m Depth: 1.40 m

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 5 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.10 meters deep. Pool heating fee is 1,250 TL per day.

Garden: There is a garden seating group, sun loungers, sun umbrella, barbecue, hammock, dining table and chairs.

Note: There is a short stay fee of 2.000 TL for stays of less than 7 nights.

Bail Conditions: A securtiy deposit of TL 5.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to run smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
