Villa Avenir is located right next to Villa Bella Rose. If availability allows, both villas can be rented together. This provides a great opportunity for large families or groups of friends to stay side by side and enjoy their holiday together.

For stays shorter than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 10,000 TL is required.

Indoor pool heating is available for an additional 2,000 TL per day upon request.

Security Deposit

The security deposit required for Villa Bella Rose is 10,000 TL.

This amount is collected before check-in and refunded at check-out provided that no damage, loss, or broken items occur during the stay.

The deposit may also be paid in USD, GBP, or Euro according to the current exchange rate.

The nearest airport for guests arriving by air is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
