Villa Bella Rose is located right next to Villa Avenir. If availability allows, both villas can be rented together. This offers a great opportunity for large families or groups of friends to stay side by side and enjoy their holiday together.

Note

For stays shorter than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 10,000 TL is required.

Indoor pool heating is available for an additional 2,000 TL per day upon request.

Security Deposit

The security deposit required for Villa Avenir is 10,000 TL.

This amount is collected before check-in and refunded at check-out provided that no damage, loss, or broken items occur during the stay.

Deposit payments may also be made in USD, GBP or Euro according to the current exchange rate.

Due to the location of the villas, public transportation is not available.

The nearest airport for guests arriving by air is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
