Die Villa Falcon Exclusive in Kiziltas/Kalkan bietet 7 Schlafzimmer für 14 Gäste, einen 20×5 m Pool mit Kinderbereich, große Terrassen und zentrumsnahe Lage.

Die Villa Falcon Exclusive thront über der Bucht von Kalkan im begehrten Stadtteil Kiziltas und beeindruckt mit freiem Meer- & Naturblick.
Mit 7 Schlafzimmern für bis zu 14 Personen ist sie ideal für Hochzeitsgesellschaften, große Familien und Freundesgruppen. Eine riesige Poolterrasse, Kinderpoolbereich und ein gepflegter Garten runden das Angebot ab.

Wohnen & Küche (Poolebene)

Wohnzimmer: Klimatisiert, Meerblick, LCD-TV, Satellit, DVD, Musikanlage, WLAN, zusätzlich WC und Waschraum; direkter Zugang zur Poolterrasse.
Küche: Moderne, offene Küche mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, 4-Flammen-Herd, Wasserkocher, Toaster, sowie Geschirr für 14 Personen und Kochutensilien.

Villa Falcon Exclusive tam bizlikti. Deniz manzarası harika ve teras çok geniş, 14 kişi rahatlıkla sığabiliyor. Havuz büyüklüğü ve mobilyalar fotoğraflardaki gibi. Şehre yakın olması da büyük avantaj sağladı. Kalkanvilla firmasına teşekkür ederiz, ilgileri çok iyiydi.

Kalabalık bir arkadaş grubuyla Villa Falcon Exclusive’te konakladık ve gerçekten çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Villa oldukça geniş ve ferah, 14 kişi olmamıza rağmen herkes çok rahat etti. Havuz ve teras alanı oldukça büyük olduğu için günün çoğunu orada geçirdik diyebilirim. Manzara gerçekten çok etkileyici, özellikle akşamları terasta oturup Kalkan manzarasını izlemek tatilin en güzel anlarından biriydi. Odaların hepsinin banyolu olması da büyük rahatlık sağladı.

We stayed at Villa Falcon Exclusive with a large group of friends and had an amazing holiday. The villa is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all of us. The terrace and pool area are huge, which made it perfect for spending time together during the day. The sea view over Kalkan Bay is absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and having several bathrooms made things much easier for our group. We also enjoyed having breakfast and dinner outside on the terrace while enjoying the view. The villa is located in a quiet area but still only a short drive from Kalkan center and restaurants. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay.

We stayed at Villa Falcon Exclusive with a large group of friends and it was a fantastic experience. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, perfect for big groups. The infinity pool and the large terrace were our favorite spots, especially in the evenings when the sunset over Kalkan Bay looked incredible. The bedrooms were clean and each had its own bathroom, which made the stay very convenient for everyone. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Falcon Exclusive. The sea view from the terrace was breathtaking, and the pool was quite big. The furniture looked exactly like in the photos. The villa is only 10 minutes by car from the city center, which was very convenient. Special thanks to Mr. Barış from Kalkanvilla for his great support.

Ailemle birlikte birkaç gün Villa Falcon Exclusive’te konakladık ve genel olarak oldukça memnun kaldık. Villa modern ve konforlu şekilde döşenmiş. Mutfakta ihtiyacımız olan çoğu ekipman vardı ve birkaç akşam terasta yemek yeme fırsatımız oldu. Havuz oldukça büyük ve çocuk havuzu olması da güzel düşünülmüş. Kalkan merkeze arabayla kısa sürede ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Sakin ve manzaralı bir tatil isteyenler için güzel bir seçenek.

This villa is perfect for big groups. The pool is large and the terrace is very spacious. Also, the location is great, only about 10 minutes drive to the city center. The staff from Kalkanvilla were very helpful during our stay.

My family and I spent a week at Villa Falcon Exclusive and we really enjoyed our stay. The highlight of the villa is definitely the large infinity-style pool and the spacious outdoor terrace. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, swim, and enjoy the beautiful sea view. Inside, the villa is modern and well equipped, with comfortable bedrooms and a fully functional kitchen. We cooked a few meals and enjoyed eating outside in the evenings. The location is peaceful but still close enough to the town center, which is only about a 10-minute drive away. It’s a great choice for big families or groups looking for a comfortable holiday with amazing views.

Wir haben mit unserer Familie eine Woche in der Villa Falcon Exclusive verbracht und hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist sehr groß und bietet ausreichend Platz für viele Personen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die große Terrasse mit dem Infinity-Pool und der wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Bucht von Kalkan. Dort haben wir viel Zeit verbracht, morgens gefrühstückt und abends gemeinsam den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, was für unsere große Gruppe sehr praktisch war. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Die Villa liegt etwas oberhalb, daher hat man eine tolle Aussicht, und mit dem Auto erreicht man das Zentrum von Kalkan in wenigen Minuten. Insgesamt war es ein sehr entspannter und angenehmer Urlaub.

Villa Falcon Exclusive gerçekten büyük gruplar için ideal bir villa. Biz geniş aile olarak konakladık ve herkes için yeterli alan vardı. Havuz terası oldukça geniş ve gün boyu güneş alan bir yapıya sahip. Sabahları havuz başında kahvaltı yapmak, akşamları da manzaraya karşı oturmak çok keyifliydi. Villa oldukça temizdi ve odalar rahat. Tek küçük eksi olarak yol biraz yokuşlu ama Kalkan’da bu oldukça normal bir durum. Genel olarak keyifli ve konforlu bir tatil geçirdik.
